Oil ring sleeve is a component used in lubrication systems, typically consisting of a steel ring and a ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. The steel ring is used to fix the position of the oil ring sleeve and provide support, while the PTFE ring is used to form a seal between the oil pump and the cylinder wall.

The main function of the oil ring sleeve is to provide reliable sealing performance to prevent oil leakage. It is installed between the oil pump and the cylinder wall, and the oil is pumped from the oil pan to the cylinder through the suction function of the oil pump. In the cylinder, the oil plays a role in lubrication and cooling, while the oil ring sleeve can effectively prevent the oil from leaking back into the oil pan from the gap between the oil pump and the cylinder wall.

The advantages of oil ring sleeves include good sealing performance, easy installation and maintenance, and low friction resistance. It is usually suitable for various types of lubrication systems, such as automotive engines, hydraulic systems, etc.
